SIRIOTEK-AI
Your Sovereign Engineering AI System
Powerful. Private. Yours.
Know-how is your most valuable asset. Siriotek-AI puts it to work on your own premises, on Swiss-built hardware you own, with zero dependency on third parties and no data ever leaving your building.
An engineering assistant at your service
Siriotek-AI is a self-contained engineering appliance which does not require an internet connection. It is a supervised, agentic AI system with advanced reasoning and deep engineering knowledge, delivered to your engineers’ desks for product development, calculation, data analysis, testing, and simulation support.
Siriotek-AI combines decades of expertise and know-how from two Swiss companies: brentford computers’ certified engineering hardware paired with Siriotek’s proprietary agentic AI architecture. Built for engineers by engineers with more than twenty years of Formula 1 and deep-tech experience, it ships ready to work from day one and runs entirely on your premises alongside the tools your team already uses.
What it does
Expertise on tap. Siriotek-AI makes advanced engineering expertise — and your company’s own know-how — intelligently deployable at any stage of a project. Junior staff can take on more challenging work and learn on the job more quickly, and the knowledge of experienced staff is retained when they retire. Your know-how is preserved and reusable.
More output from the same team. By automating routine work under supervision — data handling, post-processing, documentation, reporting — the system allows your engineers to focus on judgement and design, so more work can be done by the same team.
One machine, two workloads. Siriotek-AI is designed to handle extremely challenging CAD/CAE tasks as well as advanced local AI models. The same CUDA cores which power the AI architecture also provide significant acceleration to the most complex CFD and FEA simulations, with no separate infrastructure introducing latency and no cloud account to manage.
Top-level data security & Swiss compliance
To be genuinely useful, any AI model needs access to your system and technical assets. Choosing a cloud-hosted AI requires you to put total trust in the privacy and security applied to your data, which is inevitably beyond your control.
Even disregarding privacy commitments, sending proprietary CAD geometry, material test data, and stress reports to cloud APIs exposes your company to third-party data breaches, uncontrolled logging, and real compliance exposure under strict NDA obligations or Swiss and EU data protection law (revDSG / GDPR). Furthermore, employee reliance on public tools carries the persistent risk of accidental IP exposure through uncontrolled prompt logging.
Full capability, Zero exposure.
Siriotek-AI eliminates this class of exposure at the hardware level and gives you the benefits of advanced AI without exposure to potential risks. The system is designed to run physically disconnected from the internet (“air-gapped” configuration), effectively preventing any data from leaving your building either through staff pasting sensitive work into public AI tools or as a result of a direct cyberattack.
A powerful, efficient and future-proof investment
Siriotek-AI was conceived from the start around three design principles: Future-proofing, Efficiency and Flexibility.
A future-proof powerhouse, growing with your business
- Hardware with a clear, optional upgrade path. The system is based on the proven AM5 platform, for which AMD has confirmed the development of next-generation processors — meaning that the CPU can be upgraded when more advanced specifications will be available in the future. System RAM is 128 GB (2x64 GB DDR5), with two slots available for expansion to 256 GB as and when required. AI memory (VRAM) is 96 GB ultrafast DDR7 on an NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell, and the system is designed to accommodate a second card, taking total VRAM to 192 GB — providing increased headroom for running simultaneous AI models and additional CUDA acceleration for CAE applications.
- CUDA acceleration for CAE workflow. The current trend is for simulation software to increasingly benefit from CUDA acceleration. More vendors will support this technology with increasing efficiency, meaning today’s simulations will run quicker in the future on this very system.
In short: your investment will not lose value for the foreseeable future, and its capabilities will keep growing.
Efficiency — integrated, not assembled
This is not a standard workstation with software installed on top. Hardware and software were conceived as a single architecture for maximum integration:
- Power delivery, cooling, and thermal behaviour are designed and tuned to sustain the heaviest workloads for hours — quietly, reliably, and with maximum return per watt of electricity used.
- The AI layer runs multiple co-resident open AI models orchestrated by Siriotek’s proprietary routing and escalation strategy — each query is directed dynamically to the most relevant capability, delivering frontier-level intelligence while keeping active VRAM consumption safely within single-GPU hardware boundaries.
- The CAE layer comes with professional-level open-source tools (FreeCAD, OpenFOAM, CalculiX) pre-installed at zero licence cost, and connection to your own existing commercial CAE tools through your own licences is also possible.
Flexibility — the system at your service, not the other way around
Siriotek-AI was conceived to be adaptable. It can run both Windows and Linux applications and is equipped with removable drives to extend accessibility to multiple users with private individual datasets, or alternatively provide multiple separate environments and datasets for the same user. The data system is designed to be portable so that sensitive information always and only remains where it is intended to.
A system that adapts and grows with your business
The system arrives complete, commissioned and working from day one.
The optional subscription provides AI model updates and continuous improvements to the architecture, so the machine you buy today becomes more capable over time. It is optional and the first year is included in the price — if you ever pause it, the appliance keeps working exactly as before. Updates simply resume when you renew.
Customisation can be agreed as a separate project to tailor the system to specific workflows and toolsets, including how your company handles models, analyses, tests, and reports. Scoped engagements can be defined at any stage to implement new automation bridges wired into your specific toolset, validated against problems with known answers, and added under the same supervision principle.
You stay in control
Your machine. The hardware is yours — purchased outright, no rent, no mandatory subscription.
Your long-term investment. Siriotek-AI will not only save your team time at every stage of analysis and testing, but it also protects your capital. It is a top-tier professional workstation in its own right whose value is underpinned by exceptional market demand across high-compute industries. Whatever your internal use of AI or CAE becomes in the future, the same hardware is actively sought after for film-grade production visual effects rendering or frontier genomics and DNA research.
Your freedom. There is no legacy or subscription that prevents or discourages you from using this machine in a different way in the future. You are never locked into a proprietary format or a single supplier’s ecosystem. And you use your own advanced AI when and as much as you want — no surprise bills for exceeding a cloud token quota.
Your engineer in charge. Siriotek-AI proposes and escalates — it does not act silently. Accountability stays where it belongs: with the human engineer.
Your knowledge. The system captures and preserves your company’s engineering know-how and keeps it available for future queries after experienced staff move on — institutional memory deployed when needed, not forgotten across scattered folders.
Your choice. Siriotek-AI is an appliance, not an AI transformation project. It runs alongside your existing tools without forcing a migration, and it is useful from the first day — while your engineers learn, experiment, and build alongside any other AI plans you have.

FAQs
Why not simply use public AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude?
Trust. The moment a question touches real project data, a public cloud tool is off the table. Sending sensitive engineering files to third-party clouds creates real compliance exposure under NDA obligations and Swiss revDSG or EU GDPR. That leaves AI doing generic tasks while the actual engineering — where the real value is — stays out of reach. Siriotek-AI exists to close that gap: full capability, zero exposure.
How was the system conceived?
Siriotek-AI was developed entirely on Siriotek’s own internal workflows. The purpose was to build a highly automated engineering assistant — not to train an AI model on existing data. Development never required client data: none was used, and none was needed. What was essential is decades of engineering judgement — ensuring the workflows are efficient and that the system produces correct, consistent results against benchmark problems.
What happens with our data if the system is customised for us?
Customisation works on your processes, not on your confidential content. Once the system is running on your premises, your company connects its own data — drawings, reports, standards — and that data stays exactly where it is: on your machine, behind your door. Siriotek never sees it and never needs to. That is the whole point of the architecture.
Our data is highly sensitive. Isn't AI only safe for companies without confidential material?
The more sensitive your data, the stronger the case for this approach — because the realistic alternative isn’t “no AI”, it’s your engineers quietly using public tools without governance. Siriotek’s clients are among the most confidentiality-conscious companies in the world, and this architecture exists precisely because of that. If it’s safe enough for them, it’s safe enough for a Swiss SME — with the difference that you receive it as a finished solution rather than having to build it yourself.
What AI model does it run?
A combination of leading open models, tuned for engineering work. The specific stack evolves continuously — that’s part of what the subscription delivers. The models themselves will come and go; the lasting value is in how well the AI can contribute to your engineering processes. That is where Siriotek-AI value lives.
Shouldn't we wait until the technology matures?
The direction is clear: hardware keeps getting more capable, models keep getting more efficient, and more serious engineering work becomes possible inside your own four walls every year. Local AI is becoming as normal for engineering companies as CAD is today. Waiting doesn’t avoid the learning curve — it only delays it while others get ahead. The companies that start now will simply be years ahead of those that wait.
What exactly is included in the subscription - and what is a service?
The system arrives commissioned and working and onboarding at your site is included in the price. The hardware is sold and is yours, whilst the AI proprietary architecture is permanently licensed to your company as part of the product at no additional cost. The optional subscription keeps the AI architecture updated through future model upgrades and general improvements and the first year is included in the product price - you can stop the subscription at the end of any subscription year and the system keeps working as usual, just without the updates. Workflow customisation — tailoring the system to your company’s specific analysis and reporting processes — is optional and commissioned as separate engagements with Siriotek. The base system is fully useful from day one; customisation is how the advantage compounds.
Do we need AI specialists on staff?
No. The system is delivered as a working solution, onboarded at your site. Your team needs what it already has: engineering judgement. Every output is reviewed and signed off by your engineers — it works for them, not instead of them.
What CAE software is included?
The appliance arrives with a curated, validated suite of professional-grade open-source engineering tools FreeCAD for CAD, CalculiX for FEA and OpenFOAM for CFD. If you have your own commercial CAE licences, the machine runs those alongside — nothing is replaced unless you choose it.
How is this different from other AI workstations?
Siriotek-AI is built for companies engaged in R&D and product development with professional engineers. It is a highly integrated engineering appliance – tailored, onboarded and supported by a deeptech Swiss engineering firm and the most prominent Swiss provider of custom computing solutions – not a generic software vendor. The AI models are open, the solvers are open, and that is deliberate: it is what keeps you free of lock-in. What makes it different is Siriotek's proprietary agentic architecture — the layer that orchestrates models and solvers into one supervised system. The ingredients are available to everyone; the recipe is not. If your team develops AI models, buy an AI workstation. If your team develops products, this is the machine for you.
